Lost In Her Vision

The story behind Forgiven is one about the sadness of wondering if you did someone wrong and never had the chance to make it right. There was a relationship that didn’t work out. The narrator has flashbacks about that time with regret. It’s those little moments when you’re alone or awake in the middle of the night and you wonder “Does this other person carry ill will toward me? Have they let go of their resentments? Is whatever I’ve done to them forgiven in their mind?” 

The struggle is in the not knowing.
