Our third mix comes from Aaron Spectre aka @drumcorps, an American musician known for building bridges. Though his genres of choice are often in flux, a few things are constant - high energy, creativity, and freedom - and his work often explores the fragile interplay between our humanity and the technology we've created. Here we have a voyage into the post-apocalyptic side of Neurofunk Drum & Bass, showcasing tunes from Aaron's upcoming record, alongside some of the year's most inspired creations. A look into digital dystopia through eyes of jungle, punk, noise, & rapid-fire sampling. Thematically this record continues where panopticon left off, but a little sharper. A little more defined in its spiritual reaction, if you will. A little more knowing the next way. Esoteric aside, it's a pretty aggressive bunch of jungle tunes, mashing all sorts of ingredients into the hypersonic blender that be our current times. Can you catch 'em all?
