"Of all the remixes, Jonny’s entry wins the “it’s-stuck-in-my-head-and-I-can’t-stop-listening-to-it” award. The more I listened, the more I liked. There were several awesome down-tempo, moody mixes that were submitted, and this was my favorite. Such a wicked guitar line, such tasteful and cinematic orchestral touches…this mix “sounds like Shadow,” only better, in my estimation."

I was introduced to Abi at the end of 2010 through a mutual friend - Johnny Dub who co-runs the excellent Manchester night hoya:hoya. Instantly I was blown away by her voice
I sent her some stuff that was on a slightly different tip to my usual beats. She dug it, sent it back - worked on it some more, Tobyjug was born and i'm glad to say it has been the start of a long working relationship and friendship.
 
We worked together a lot last year on her solo material and the year culminated in Abi flying to Berlin to work with Benjamin Damage and I on our recent album They!Live.
