Below Music’s second release is the result of a two-day’s journey that linked Seville and Malaga with one main purpose. Lots of cold beers during daytime turned into long nights inside the studio, creating these two tunes that complete this EP. 

These tracks complement each other despite both of them are built upon 140 bpm Amen Break rhythms. It is the lead bassline and the drums what becomes more important in the first track. It begins with ambient sounds created by a synthesiser that leads to the highest point of the tune. Some voices and a more psychedelic environment completes the atmosphere of it. 

The second track makes this EP more pleasant due to its melodic rhythm and vocals, used as chorus as well alongside trumpet sounds that establish the rhythm. This is a master piece, out of doubt, intended to make you move in the dance floor. It is not new the use of Amen Break rhythms on 140 bpm tracks, but it is unusual definitely. 

These Andalusian producers are trying to put these sounds together in order to make you enjoy.

La segunda referencia de Below Music es el resultado de un viaje desde Sevilla hasta Málaga en el verano de 2016 ... dos jornadas de mucha cerveza y sol durante el día , y largas noches en el estudio trabajando conjuntamente en las dos canciones que forman este EP. 

Las dos pistas del EP se complementan entre sí a pesar de que se asientan sobre ritmos Amen Break a 140bpm, ya que en el primer corte, el grave principal y la batería tienen todo el peso del tema, lo que comienza con un sonido de sinte mas ambiental que acaba apagándose hasta romper con voces y sonidos mas psicodélicos.

La segunda pista nos ameniza el EP, al tener más presente el uso de melodías y samples vocales a modo de estribillo añadiendo unas trompetas para marcar el ritmo. Sin duda es una pieza maestra con la que disfrutar en la pista de baile.

No es nuevo el uso de Amen Break en ritmos a 140bpm, pero tampoco habitual, por lo que estos productores de Andalucía apuestan por llevarlo más a escena.

It's been a while since we had an official release from Escapism Refuge, but with this latest AA side single release here, we can assure you, the wait has been well worth it.

The first track 'Over Time' is a mediative, eerie landscape of sounds that is hypnotic in nature.
The skippy beats match the velvet flow and keep the recording moving into new dimensions and beyond.
