Heavily supported by the likes of Kasra, Shy FX, dBridge, Mark Pritchard, Rockwell, DJ Die and many more, Sam Binga talks us through this dance floor fire release in his own words…

"I guess the main idea behind 'AYO!' was to make something crunchy and lo-fi, but still heavy enough for the
floor. I think I was listening to a lot of Timbaland beats around the time I built this one - I've always loved the
massive kicks and weird squashy snares he uses, so I wanted to try something along those lines at DnB speed.
The rest seemed to flow quite organically and Redders brought his usual charisma and animation to the vocal.
Like the man says, everyone knows he mashes up the show…
'Freezy' is a bit more straightforward - something like a tribute to classic bouncing-subs jungle, but with added
southern crunk vibes and a chunky halfstep beat. If I remember rightly, there's a gun being cocked over each
snare, and I brought the hardware sampler out to get the pads and synths sounding suitably 1995."

Titled 'ZegaFunk', J:Kenzo's 4 track offering was instigated by the 2020 lockdown and fiercely spurred on by Goldie over the course of the year. There is a real classic feel to the EP, so acutely influenced by the sound of 1997 with dystopian pads and groove-laden basslines readily bursting from each track. Innovative dub influences and engaging patterns keep the listener captivated throughout a slick EP with both substantial weight and flavour.

Haunting yet grounded, Ashes to Matter unspools like a ritual in bass pressure. SIM crafts a slow-burning, low-end sculpture where distorted textures flicker beneath spacious delays. Industrial ambient meets soundsystem alchemy; this one isn’t built for the peak time, it’s for the reckoning after. The air between kicks is thick with memory, echoing something ancient in modern decay.

On Whipback, SIM flips the tempo with razor-sharp flair — a jagged, serpentine rhythm that snaps back with unsettling precision. Think bashment fed through a wormhole, landing somewhere between futuristic club workouts and warehouse hypnosis. The mix is raw, dynamic, and delightfully wrong-footing. You won’t know whether to wine or brace for impact — either way, resistance is futile.
