Next up for JUDDER series of singles and EPs — a "FOMO SAPIENS" EP by @Intersecta, a project by Alexey Kalyan that explores various directions in electronic music. His very first release is the result of his long-term passion for underground sound which serves as the debut statement of his long musical journey. Expect five clever cuts of diverse grooves where breakbeat meets electro with a garage tip and blends together in a genre-melting potion. Two slow-paced uncompromising body-movers full of shuffling rhythms, dystopian riffs and ever-enveloping bass intertwine carefully with spacious thought-provoking ethereal soundscapes and Bukem-ish synths lines built around rapid famous old-school breaks.

All good must arrive to its eventual end - it is with great honor to announce the conclusion of Distant Arrays. After eight unique editions in just over four years, we are ready to allow the beloved series that helped us expand our label worldwide to properly rest. We welcomed 30 artists from around the experimental music sphere to come together and push sonic boundaries further than we could have ever imagined. For our last transmission, we have recruited four promising artists to represent our chosen family of sound architects, each meticulously drafted to help build the future of our collective.

We begin with the return of our dear friend and collaborator Iris Ipsum. Following up on the incredible “Xtilde EP” released with us last year, “Flowform” essentially serves as a bonus track to the project. The Los Angeles based artist effortlessly showcases their ability to capture the essence of golden age electronica, while still producing modern and pristine sounds.

Along with his hip-hop inspired Rsrch Chmcls project, Smokestax has been on our radar for quite some time. Making waves in the American bass scene over the last few years, we welcome one of our favorite New Yorkers with “Squish.” The track is rightfully named after how it sounds - squelchy, slowed braindance gently scratches our itch as the song progresses in high spirits.

Another exciting addition to our crew is s8jfou, a mysterious French producer, programmer, synth builder, and live performer. A natural jack of all trades, he makes his Satellite Era debut with “Your Silence” - screechy synths clash with punchy breakbeats and an overpowering kick drum. This only marks the beginning of our work with the renowned sonic wizard.

Lastly, we welcome Brooklyn up-and-comer Holovue to share his latest track “Transient” after a successful debut EP recently. Eerie and thought-provoking, the emotive track blankets warm and atmospheric pads over quintessential jungle loops to deliver a formidable signoff to our series finale.

Distant Arrays has been an immersive showcase of our audio/visual capabilities as a collective. We are extremely grateful to have introduced you to our growing team, continuously expanding our newfound interpretation of sound. As difficult as it is to say goodbye to this part of our journey, we are delighted to share what comes next. Until then - we will ride off into the sunset, drenched in the nostalgia of this fruitful audio experiment.

"For our first 2025 release, we at Syrinx Music are delighted to welcome endloskosmos, a producer whose music we have been a fan of for years. The co-founder of Transwerk, endloskosmos is the author of many self-releases on Bandcamp, as well as tracks published through the years on labels such as Permalnk or ABRICATALOG. Graves, his first release on Syrinx Music, showcases the most striking elements of his productions: a forward-thinking approach to club music and a willingness to hybridize styles such as footwork, breaks, techno & various forms of bass music.

On each of Graves’ seven tracks, this translates into real drum freedom, with patterns recomposing & shifting without notice, loops repeating hypnotically or erratically, creating a sense of urgency, unpredictability & beauty. Rather than club tools, Graves seems to contain club objects, designed within a club music framework, but considered for their unique aesthetics rather than their efficiency.
