Not many artists blend the grey area between old and new quite like DJ Freakuency. As a DJ, he creates a powerful, sophisticated, and elegant persona in and outside of DJing.

Founder of the multi-faceted music platform, record label and event management company, Scumklub™ & owner of Freakuency, a bar, dancefloor, restaurant and lounge space dedicated to electronic music in Bray, Wicklow. 

Student of Elektronische Musikproduktion & Performance in Catalyst - Institute for Creative Arts & Technology + Class President of the DJ Techniques and Music Production course & Teaching Assistant to Sunil Sharpe, Doug Cooney, Kenneth Harte & Ivan Jackman at the Bray Institute of Further Education.

Born in Moscow but resident in places such as Waterford, Maastricht, and now Berlin, DJ Freakuency has settled in with music, fashion, film and art communities of the world after enrolling into Catalyst - Institute for Creative Arts & Technology in The Funkhaus.

Throughout his career, he has shaped his sound into the upper echelons of innovativeness, running the renowned record label Scumklub. 

His view on perfection, both aesthetically and sonically, garners attention through performances, music style, and sound.

DJ Freakuency and his secret hometown parties instantly gained him a loyal following of artists, creatives, and innovators.

To further promote the ethos of showcasing emerging and established artists, DJ Freakuency started to curate an internationally renowned mix series, The Scumklub Mix Series.

The recordings and content gained from this series are archived, uploaded and shared to relevant social media platforms so that esoteric individuals can listen, find and explore uncharted territories of new club music.

By using art, fashion, film and music to cut through other art forms, DJ Freakuency‘s power is output via memorable dancefloor moments, positive energy and stellar aesthetic.

His performances feel special, yet unpredictable, seeing his global appeal grow each day, week, month and year.

Morocco native Hichem Chlayah is the figure behind Anemoia. An artist that developed a passion for electronic music from an early age and that spent forging his talent in DJ platforms throughout Tunisia. This promising young talent aspires to share his message through music and his ability to create and express profound sentiments with captivating, hypnotic melodies and penetrating haunting emotions drawn from inspiration of his surroundings. His trademark sound encapsulates his oriental influences combined with a fusion of different genres of music. Destined for exciting things on the horizon.
