Sound journey story

There's science behind it too.
The vibration helps with blood flow... The sound travels through you to a cellular level and seperates blood cells.

The sound puts your brain into Theta and Delta states (dreamlike states)
So you have a physical and mental experience.

People tell me all sorts of things they experience... Mostly long lost memories or a sensation of floating in space or water. 

There's no format to my playing, I just surrender to whatever energy is in the room.

I enjoy playing for people an seeing their sleepy bewildered heads climb out from under the blankets at the end 😪😵‍💫

I loved going then Convid came.. I bought a singing bowl..then another.. then went nuts and spent thousands 🫣

I was giving 121's in the house until April last year then my yoga teacher friend convinced me to collaborate and play a huge hall in Ballygowan. It was epic.
I have played in a couple of interesting places but mostly The Maitri and the incredible Merville House. 

I've been collaborating with various yoga teachers and giving a Yin and Sound Bath experience.

I never imagined myself doing any of this so it's quite an achievement for me on a personal level.

Shock C is one of the main players in the Midlands oldskool and oldskool jungle scene...He cut his teeth as former resident of the famous and legendary 'Eclipse' rave venue in Coventry (U.K.) in the early nineties.&#13;

 He's travelled far and wide, playing all over the UK and parts of Europe for most of the big rave promoters at some time or another. .with apperances at ,DREAMSCAPE ,FANTAZIA,THE RAVE STORY ,FLASHBACK,THE STRAWBERRY FIELDS FESTIVAL,RAINDANCE,EPIDEMIK,
REJUVENATION,THE NORTHERN PROJECT,AMNESIA HOUSE ,&#13;
PANDEMONIUM,RETRO-TRAX FESTIVAL,UNITY IN THE SUN ,SHELLEYS REUNIONS,ENTROPY, PERCEPTION  plus many more..Shock C follows his heart ,and continues to spread the oldskool sound.&#13;
