"Jura" is an experimental project combining the distinct production styles of Sandeman and Leon Power. Subtle grooves, rich analogue textures and Leon’s restrained vocals positions their debut EP in a unique place within the Exotic roster.

EP will be released on Exotic Refreshment on April 23 and will include their three original tracks ("Jura", "Dion Is Walking" and "Make This Right"), but also three remixes from Tara Brooks (Underyourskin Records), PHCK (All Day I Dream, Underyourskin Records) and Rapossa (Lump Records, Laut & Luise).

Through my music, I connect with the dancers, creating a sacred space where time bends and the body speaks the language of the soul. In every movement, there lies an ancient memory, awakened from deep within, as if the rhythm itself were an echo of our primal past.

With the passion for Electronic music Mogen first entered the Psytrance scene as an up and coming DJ in 2002. It was here that his alter-ego Psyndrome was born and this got him playing at major Psytrance parties held at the popular night club Gandalfs in 2003-2004. With an interest in Break Beats, Drum & Bass, Hip Hop, R&B and many of the House sub-genres (Progressive, Tech House, Electro) Mogen eventually become known as a versatile DJ playing a variety of music in major night clubs across Cape Town from 2005-2010.
