Ready Mix Records founder BiGz joins forces with newcomer ELO for label release number 253, 'Beautiful Africa', featuring show-stopping vocals by Farafi, and remixes by Alex Doering and Khaaron.

Linking up with BiGz for the first time, Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Ole Leesker, aka ELO turns in a stunningly deep debut, with more than a little help from talented Afro-inspired vocal duo Farafi.
 
The original club version of 'Beautiful Africa' builds from acapella voices into a melodic, bouncy house vibe, with tonnes of emotion. 

BiGz and ELO slow the tempo for their Downtempo version, but turn up the intensity with dramatic minor key stabs and cave-like atmospherics.

DJ, producer and Kung-Fu teacher Alex Doering turns in a tribal and techy version of 'Beautiful Africa', letting the vocals ride over a rock-solid rhythm section.

Closing out the package, Khaaron delivers an elegant, smooth and slightly melancholic take on 'Beautiful Africa', perfect for those reflective moments.

This year we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of our label and on this occasion we have prepared several releases under the name "15 Years of Exotic".

Chapter 1 of the series includes four fresh remixes of tracks that have been released in recent years on Exotic Refreshment and Exotic Refreshment LTD.

First anniversary sampler starts with a beautiful new Landhouse Remix of DBRA's "Enter The Garden". Next we can experience a weirdly wonderful Mojo Filter Remix of MI.LA's "Guru". The second part of the sampler encourages us to enjoy a magnificent time with Soble remix of "Sabah" by Shunus. And at the end of this music adventure we have a dreamly Peve's Remix of "Spirit Of Deira" by Urban Flex.

He did not think that he could go in with the story that morning and for a long time he could not. Both his father and Juma seemed very sure of themselves and the going on the elephant road was so easy that Juma gave him the desert dreams to carry as they went on through the broken light of the forest. Solar Kings came across the deep desert to bring the silver light inside your dreams. This is their first offering for Shango Records. These three tracks can tell you stories about warriors, elephants and the deep heart of a lion. Panos Manetas and SIAAH are the golden stars in the dark skies of Sahara.
