The new dirtybird compilation is loaded with 11 great tunes I have been collecting for over 6 months. Most notably, the Shiba San "OKAY" record has absolutely been destroying every dance floor known to man. We have lots of big birds like Justin Martin, Catz ‘N Dogz & Justin Jay on this, plus a ton of great newcomers and friends making appearances.

The dirtybird BBQ was founded as a small get together in Golden Gate Park thirteen years ago. We've had the same core line-ups and even the same chef, Grillson, since the beginning.  But three years ago, the free party in the park got too big and our permit was pulled.  The city of San Francisco could no longer handle the amount of people showing up to the event.  

Ever since then we have been trying to think of way to bring back the vibe of the BBQ park party. This year we finally put together a team that is able to take the BBQ party all across North America and Europe. We will be starting in Miami and ending in San Francisco so make sure to come grill and chill with us sometime this year. This compilation is a celebration of the O.G. dirtybird BBQ vibe.   I hope you enjoy the music.

Baransu - Hubble "The Remixes" (Essē, Kryss Hypnowave and WTTM)[NWR017]

New production for No Way Records: an ep with three remixes of Hubble, a track composed by Baransu included in the anthology Haunting Memories Vol I. On the first remix, the environmental textures of Hubble are modeled by Kryss Hypnowave around a hypnotic and rhythmic bassline, Essē instead chooses to maintain the original mood, giving it a more dreamy atmosphere. In the interpretation of WTTM, the analogical and electronic sequences liquefy the Baransu track and transform it into a sinuous and elusive river of mercury.

Amber Muse's very own Taran & Lomov are back with the new single "JF Raw" to kick off 2020. It's a raw underground track that comes in two versions: Original and Reprise.

A well respected figure in the Canadian music and art community, prolific producer Rennie Foster has provided his remix for this release. Foster has influenced many as an early pioneer of the Hip-Hop / B-Boy movement and later the House Music and Techno / Rave scene. In 2000's he spent seven years in Japan where became an important part of the Japanese club scene, playing all over country, until relocating back to Canada in 2011. Rennie Foster has released with Detroit labels such as Transmat and Motech, and other classic techno imprints like Laurent Garnier's seminal F-Communications.
