When Richard first sent me Know Me Better, I could immediately tell this song had something special. The melody was catchy yet emotional, and the lyrics carried a message that resonated deeply. It was clear that a lot of thought and heart had gone into crafting it.

By the time I got involved, the track was already beautifully written and produced, with Jaime Deraz’s incredible vocals bringing it to life. My role was to refine and elevate it through mixing and mastering, making sure every element found its perfect place. The goal was to preserve the song’s emotional core while giving it the polished, professional sound it deserved.

It’s always an honor to work on music that feels authentic, and this project was no exception. Huge shoutout to Richard for creating such a meaningful song and to Jaime for delivering such a stunning vocal performance. Know Me Better is a song that truly speaks, and I’m grateful to have played a part in its journey.

I see a meaning in the limitation to minimalist sounds. Less is more. I'm influenced by the sound-chip SID 6581 of the legendary Commodore C64 and groundbreaking synthesizers such as DX7 and Juno 6 - synths that changed pop forever. My work blends elements of post-punk synthwave, EBM, minimal techno and trance, merging the divided aspects of our being into a cohesive, transcendent experience.
