all gone now… and thats okay. at this point it has been this way for almost a year

i randomly thought about how it felt when you would hold me when i had panic attacks.  when i was younger, i would day dream about having someone like that. it was so amazing to realize it was there in that moment.  i would sit and just look at you and cry sometimes because you were real. 

my own self hatred made it hard for me to believe i was worthy of any of it and im sorry about the problems that caused. i have been learning to love myself and accept the love i recieve from people in my life, and i appreciate you uknowingly challenging me in that regard. 

we ultimately didnt work out and im truly okay with that
i am very greatful to have been loved by you
thank you for all your help
and im glad i could be there for you too
