Krosswindz is one of the pioneers of the Indian Rock band scene with albums launched
as early as 1993.The sound of Krosswindz is an amalgamation of diverse genres such as
Alternative-Rock,Folk and Jazz as showcased in their innumerable albums.Krosswindz is
known for their versatile set list and dynamic live gigs.They have been enthralling audiences for
the last 21 years playing across the globe to sold out concerts.The band has played every
nook and corner of the country including friendly neighbors The Royal Kingdom of Bhutan.From
1990 the year of inception they have delved into the High energy Rock and Pop of the West
and at the same time studied non mainstream music like Jazz and Classical.In search of their
roots they found many beautiful traditional songs sung in the paddy fields of West Bengal which
were re-recorded by Krosswindz and sung adding their signature world music touch,these
songs have garnered a huge response nationally and internationally for Krosswindz with their
albums fetching awards and concert tours overseas for the band.Krosswindz has toured in
the US in 2007 and 2009 covering nearly every major city in the US on their very successful
concert tours.The band is in the process of finalizing dates for concert festival tours abroad
for the season of 2012/13 along with promoting their latest award winning full length album
Phire Dekha(Saregama RPG) and the CD INDIA Rocks Vol2(featuring KROSSWINDZREFRAIN-
EMI Virgin).

Loving the world of sound synthesis and exploring in infinite possibility's of sound design. Started making music with ableton live about 5 years ago, always wanted to make my own music i thought it was just something i would have to listen and it would be to difficult for me to create all on my own, but the truth is that anyone can make there own music even with very limited resources, if your patience enough and work hard on learning new things everyday about music production you will only get better and better at at what you are trying to accomplish. If its one thing that creating my own music and my own sounds from my computer is patience.  My biggest Influence are The Chemical Brothers in my music because I love that they constantly create unique songs that you can't quite put in just one genre they are truly there own sound. I have never done a live gig before but hopefully in a year i will be able to start doing gigs a music festival or something like that. I think that being a sound designer is the best thing I have ever done with myself and I have only been doing this for a few years but i already have a good grasp on what I am doing. I now have a Job as a sound designer which Is honestly the most fun i've ever had in my entire life.
