The French artist opens his treasure box for us and presents three tracks that enchanted us right after the first listen. It starts with the track Slow Burn, which finds its origin in a conversation with Kristian from Âme the early stages of a DJ set and building tension. INVŌKER has translated this idea into his sound and in an impressive tune that keeps the energy through out all the 6:33 min. The second track I:Hope kicked us right from the beginning, written in the middle of the pandemic, INVŌKER says. The track features a deep bassline filling up the room and holding up the light of hope. "Blinded By The Noise" rounds up the package, tying the tracks together with its sound design. Are We Dreaming?

UUUU – the eagerly anticipated new long player from Danish band WhoMadeWho – is out today, May 27, via Embassy One.

A beautifully crafted record exploring myriad sonic palettes across a deftly considered offering of stirring vocal electronica cuts, UUUU is the band’s seventh full-length studio album since forming back in 2003 and marks another career-defining moment for three artists whose collective creativity and musicianship knows no constraint.

2014 saw Steyoyoke Recordings put the finishing touches to their artist roster and the label is now experiencing an ongoing creative continuum, bringing Steyoyoke to its current state of musical solidarity. ‘Family Affair Vol.04’ is a testament to this, as it provokes new inspiring ways for the artists to inspire and influence each other. Split across two separate releases, Part 1 and Part 2, “Family Affair Vol.04’ comprises of 9 remixes, which sees all the Steyoyoke artists adding their own personal flavours to some of 2014’s biggest tracks.

Part 2.
Aki Bergen extends his skills to bring you the first track of Part 2. He remixes Soul Button’s ‘Swift Minds’ and delivers a rigorous yet minimal interpretation, that is unwavering and carries a strong hypnotic undertone. 
Track 2 is from Animal Picnic, with their remix of Ran Salman’s ‘Fractured Memories’. The duo embellished it with stunning key changes and a haunting breakdown, indulging you with great passion and warmth.
MPathy puts his spin on things with a remix of Animal Picnic & Aaryon’s ‘Kymera’. He keeps things simple and stripes it back, emphasising the tracks more percussive components. MPathy also elects to remove the vocals present in the original.
The final track is from BLANCAh, with her rendition of Aki Bergen’s ‘Serpentine’. Sticking to the originals essence and vibe, this remix is infatuating and intoxicating. It amplifies elegant beauty and coaxes plenty of good vibes.

ATL026 takes us to the warmth of spring with a sumptuous vocal courtesy of Jim for innovative French trio LKF Project, the combined vision of Adrien and Marc Antoine (aka Villanova) with Michel Saurin. The package includes very special remixes by Edu Imbernon, Innellea and BOg.
‘Tongue Tied’ continues ATLANT’s mission to find unique and memorable vocal tracks that cross genres to provide those special club moments. You can expect to hear much more of LKF Project as they build on a fine debut for Agoria’s Sapiens with classy studio mastery, analogue instrumentation, soothing lyrics, beautiful strummed bass and soft seductive tones. Ausberg/Munich duo Innellea have come a long way since their ATLANT debut ‘Napoleon’ became a core part of sets by Tale Of Us. This led to EPs on Afterlife, Adana Twin’s TAU and an Innervisions Secret Weapon. With a CV like this you just knew the guys remix was going to be killer. Innellea turn ‘Tongue Tied’ into a simmering, vibrant, percussive gem as they extend the lyrics across the track. Thrashing echoed lines become ever more urgent before an addictive hook now takes over as the club waits to erupt. These Innellea guys just get better and better !
Closing out ATL026 is our very own head honcho. On receiving the raw demo BOg immediately had a personal vision for this release and just knew he had to remix ‘Tongue Tied’. With a maturity in approach BOg weaves one of his magical sonic journeys, at first teasing with a solitary repeated arp as the unique vocal takes centre stage before adding deep bass pules and elegant layers. The track builds almost subconsciously, drawing the listener in deeper, entrancing you with the purest of melodies before gently ebbing away as the beats ride out ... making you lost for words.
