SNOE is celebrating its 20th release with a big bang! One of the hottest up and coming names in electronic music joins the label family with a proper kick ass EP. We are talking about none other that Dateless with his “They Like To Funk EP”. Dateless is known for his innovative music drawing inspiration from genres reflecting his South American heritage, and has led to him release on labels such as Dirtybird, CR2 and Snatch!. 

The title track “They Like To Funk” immediately strikes a funky and fun note living of its bouncy bassline that brings about proper attitude. “The Slammer” is a go hard or go home tune getting down and dirty with an addictive groove that hits you right in the guts, combined with an almost hypnotic vocal and melody. Rounding up the EP is “I Ain’t Worried”. Again, focus lies on the groove, building a perfect round and rolling frame for the driving hi hats and vocal elements coming together in a monster track just waiting to take the dance floor to the next level. Welcoming back Melbourne DJ Kate Miller who’s been living in Berlin since 2011. Proving herself at the controls of ://about blank, Panorama Bar, Stattbad etc, she’s now the curator and resident for quarterly party @oscillat_e (this month’s edition boasts an epic lineup of Bufiman, Izabel, Johanna Knutsson, Karen Gwyer and Objekt). She also presents two shows alongside Knutsson on Lichtenberg station Cashmere Radio – broadcasting pensive electronics as Low Power FM and club NRG as High Power FM. Here she’s given us more of the latter, a mangled mix of electro, leftfield and broken techno.

Brazilian DJ Bruno Furlan has built a reputation around his funky, quirky sound. His original mixes are often simple, yet upbeat and dance-inspiring, demonstrating the presence of quality music stemming from the underground scene in Brazil.
He has a minimal approach to some seriously raw funk beats. 
Hypnotically driving beats pick up low-end steam before a vocal sample glides over a pure, raw bassline. Furlan tweaks these sounds over and over again, each time achieving a new level of dancefloor madness. 

Furlan got his start at a young age. He signed with Claude VonStroke’s record label, DIRTYBIRD, not long after, launching his career. He has since then received serious recognition from big-name artists in the industry.
This is his debut on Exploited Ghetto and it really bumps for sure!
