Ukraine’s AIKON meets Sobek in this masterful collaboration. A thumping breakbeat rhythm forms the backbone of this haunting track, where clanking chimes meander amidst shrill, bitcrushed, pitch-bending synth lines. A mystical breakdown lays down mellifluous flute motifs, brooding, buzzing bass and a mosquito of a synth hook that are all smashed into the ether when the pummeling rhythm kicks back into life. Play this loud, close your eyes, and you’ll be transported into another dimension.
Adrian Roman gets brutal on his heavy remix, drafting in huge tribal drum hits that are reminiscent of the Japanese taiko, contrasting their off-kilter rhythm with a solid deep techno backbone and really amping up the atmospheric melodic elements to potent effect. ID_UA takes things deeper on their remix, into more hypnotic territory where bleepy riffs and throbbing bass pummel you into submission, while Buba rounds off the reworks with a slick breaks version with a sci-fi edge that pushes the original into the depths of outer space.

Two very classy tracks here from Montenegro’s Buba, fusing all manner of pretty and potent sounds into a heady mix.

‘Back To Life’ is a light-on-its-feet blend of Italo and melodic techno, where peppy percussion bounces alongside a rubbery bassline and ethereal, muted chords which slowly build a melancholic vibe. A fizzy square wave pulse hammers out a gently uplifting melody over the top, pushing towards the blissful breakdown where each element soars skywards. A gorgeous track to build the mood early in the night.

‘Arza’ could be categorised as Italo trance, with super tight beats and a sensual bass arpeggio fluttering away gently as sustained, filtered pads swell from the depths. The percussion builds, and a gorgeous chime melody softens into focus, also filtered in a dreamy, hazy, lo-fi manner. Big tom fills announce the arrangement switches, and gently phasing detuned chords provide the icing on the cake for this spine-tingling track. Subtle yet deeply emotional, these two gems suggest that Buba has a very bright future ahead.

  Rising Melbourne based DJ / producer Ben Beezy is pleased to announce a brand new release with the arrival of ‘In The Crowd’, an emotive, powerful spectral cut, littered with ultra textured arrangements, lifted from the new compilation series 2CRY4, out through 2DIY4 the sister label of DIYNAMIC, founded by acclaimed DJ / producer Solomun.  

Ben says: "In The Crowd is written about moments when you find yourself out from home, in deep reflection and overwhelming emotion. It can be on a train, dance floor, walking down a busy street or late night house party. I’ve had the most intense inner reflections in these scenarios but the most vivid always occur late at night, after becoming separated from friends, early in the morning under a sky of lights, surrounded by thousands of strangers, far from home and listening to amazing electronic dance music. Ideas, anxiety and solace. At that moment I’m in the crowd, having a moment to myself and this record talks about that feeling. I hope it makes you feel something good.”  

The second in a three part series, Part One released earlier this year featured Berlin artist Novaa, classically trained Sydney based producer Oliver Henry with Keepa and fellow Australian experimental producer Ghostlike featuring MADAMi. Part Two sees Ben’s production alongside Aldebaran & Filippo Nardini and Garud feat. James Buttery. 

Nine previously unheard tracks of gentle indie-electronica with drive are bound together on these releases to put the listener into a certain state: contemplative. A very dreamy and unintrusive sound that shows the inherent beauty in melancholia. The stirring voices, surrounded by atmospheric soundscapes, immediately paints pictures of romance, heartache and sometimes hope in your mind.  Let yourself get taken on this journey. '

The EP FACE II is a continuation of the Faces EP series, of which the first EP was released in october 2022. The basis here is also a literary fixpoint with KAFKAS VERWANDLUNG. the examination of the urban modern man has its origin in the album JAHRE and is now explored in more detail here. What happens to us in a time of digital transparency as a glass human of the city and night. It starts with THE VOID, which was originally intended as a poem about being lost. We go out into the night, some to search, some to forget and some to never come back as the same again. On our journey we often take substances that we expect to make this journey easier and faster. the escape from ourselves and from our relationships to the environment and humans can‘t just be skipped. a fast way is always a dangerous way and often leads to an even bigger EMPTINESS.
In THE GHOST something appears to us late at night, it is like a shadow of the previous hours, something that has followed us on the streets and accompanied us undiscovered until we reached our home. We wake up and at first it is unclear whether we are dreaming. In half-sleep the dimensions blur together and the whole polyvalence of the different existences gapes open. We blink into the DARKNESS and try to recognize something, the light remains far away and yet we hear this piercing sound, which in the end leaves us only with ourselves. we are the spirit of the night, trapped on an old tape in the chest of nothing.
The next section THE MOON shows us the light in the darkness. The shadows and ghosts give way for a moment and the light flows through our veins and molecules.
The poem describes our unspoken longing to follow the light, in the light our fears disappear and everything blurs into an unknown familiarity. We stagger back and forget the encounters with our inner DAWN. In the light the ghosts disappear like childhood memories left behind.
The last chapter is written by THE DAWN, a stanza from the poem of the same name as a spoken reconciliation with the world. In spite of everything, we seek harmony and connectedness. No one wants to become an exile, even if we can‘t always bring it about ourselves. We love LIFE and we hear and feel everything around us, if we let ourselves ...

リリックは 金、貧困、冒険、犯罪、心の弱さ、向上心、野望、サイエンスフィクション といった多面的なテーマが交差し、都市の陰影と個人の内なる物語が同時に進行する構造を形成。
ビートはヒップホップを基軸にしながら、テクノ、サイケデリック、ロック、アンビエント の要素が有機的にレイヤーされ、ジャンルの境界を滑走する唯一無二の日本語ラップへと昇華されている。

同時に、SPHERHELIX 名義ではエレクトロニカ〜実験的サウンドスケープを展開し、両極を往復するような創造性の振れ幅を提示。
さらに、インディペンデント・レーベル UNFIX RECORDS を主宰し、自身の作品だけでなく新たな音楽環境の構築にも携わっている。

本作は、QRAUSというアーティストの現在地点と未来を示す、2025年の総括とも言える作品である。



Following the release of his debut rap album in August 2025, QRAUS returns with remarkable velocity-delivering his third full-length project to close out the year.
Balancing his identity as skater Leo Mizuno, he approaches creation through a fully self-generated process, handling rapping, beat production, mixing, and artwork entirely on his own. This autonomous methodology forms the core of his artistic vision.

His lyrics weave together a broad spectrum of themes-wealth, poverty, adventure, crime, vulnerability, ambition, aspiration, and science fiction-constructing a narrative structure where urban shadows and internal monologues unfold simultaneously.
While rooted in hip-hop, the production blends elements of techno, psychedelia, rock, and ambient music, shaping a distinctive form of Japanese rap that slides freely across genre boundaries.

Under the SPHERHELIX alias, he explores electronic and experimental soundscapes, extending his creative range toward the opposite pole.
He also operates the independent label UNFIX RECORDS, contributing not only his own works but also to the development of a new musical ecosystem.

This album stands as both a culmination and a projection-capturing QRAUS's current trajectory while signaling the future direction of his artistry in 2025.
