About the artists:
1. PSYCHODELICO
Psychodelico are a white duo from NY. Anthony & Martin met at University in the early 90’s. They immediately synched together and decided four years later to open a video rental store on the 5th Avenue.
The love for the 80’s and the rise of digital convinced them to hold tight to the VHS Library and start collecting all sorts of analogue machines knowing that one day for some reason it would have paid back.
For the last 3 years they have been discovering and enjoying their vinyls and watching with friends hundreds of old music video tapes. 
After getting inspired and writing some great music in the dusty basement that once used to be their store they finally decided to approach the dream label.
The story continues with Psycodelico’s first single “Sex On The Phone” getting signed to the mighty Exploited! A pure 80ies Cocktail: Human League and Depeche Mode Stylistico.

2. PIEMONT
Made up of long-time friends Frederic and Chris, the pair first decided to hook up and make music together back in 2007 and, since then have released on techno labels like Monika Kruse’s Terminal M, Area Remote, MBF and SKINT.
Piemont’s sound is best described as organic techno. Their music always comes stuffed with a sly robo-funk and is built in many rich layers. Their preference for ambient sounds, melodic lushness and abstract electronica makes every track different from the next - for evidence just listen to their recent 'Jack my Records' for Exploited, or earlier classics like Carbonat and Back Smoker.

3. JAMES CURD
After dropping "Red" and "I See Lights" on Exploited as Jimmy & Fred, the unstoppable Adelaide-based producer James Curd has teamed up with JDub (lead singer of the Greenskeepers Project) for a new collaborative track called “To Cool For School”. Anyone remember "Buffalo Girl" from 2008 featuring James Curd, Derrick Carter and JDub from 2008 on Greenskeepers Music? "To Cool For School" sounds like a proper update with illmatic verses and styles for 2014.

4. FREEFORM FIVE/TUFF CITY KIDS
The return of Anu Pillai’s Freeform Five has also coincided with a minor resurgence in electro clash – we’re not quite at 2007 levels yet but Five’s latest single (released earlier this year on Exploited), ‘Brandy Alexander‘ is pointing to something similar.
Pillai doesn’t really do simplicity, and ‘Brandy Alexander‘ sees the producer back to his most daring concocting a mixture of rolling acid lines, clash-y vocals and twisted basslines – and with an unreleased remix by Tuff City Kids 'Brandy Alexander' is back in safe hands.
Based just outside of Frankfurt Tuff City Kids is the alias for production duo Gerd Janson, boss of Running Back and long time DJ (Resident DJ in Panoramabar and Robert Johnson) and Arto Mwambe member Philip Lauer. Besides their far-reaching and esteemed solo careers, Tuff City Kids have provided remixes for high-profile artists such as Azari & III, Tensnake and Ali Love and released original EPs on Delsin and Osgut Ton sub-label Unterton. For Freeform Five's "Brandy Alexander" they delivered a stylish Italo-Disco-Update on Exploited which has been roadtested several times at Panoramabar Berlin and finally sees a release.

James Curd and Luke Million, what a pairing! After dropping an incredibly groovy tune “Yellow Magic” on Exploited as Luke & Jimmy, the unstoppable Adelaide-based producer James Curd has once again teamed up with fellow Aussie producer Luke Million (of The Swiss), for a new collaborative track called “Say The Words To You”. Featuring vocals from Nah Man!, aka Yeah Boy, the side project of Parachute Youth’s Johnny Castro, “Say The Words To You” is filled with Million’s signature synth lines and some serious French Touch vibes, and it’s every bit as delicious as you’d expect from this pair. Blast it above.

"Say The Words To You" pulls inspiration from the era when Chicago and Paris were walking hand in hand delivering the best house music in the world. It was like a friendly race to space with each city inspiring the other to out do the last release. Bodhi - Satisfaction (Preview) | Exploited

Saline is the third installment in a series of records from Ultramajic boss Jimmy Edgar. While the first part, Hot Inside, represented the element of fire, and its follow-up release, Mercurio, symbolized water, Saline is aligned with earth. It's no accident that the name refers specifically to the earthly compound salt, as desalination is an integral metaphysical process that helps to hone the third eye.

The EP rises from the ashes of Hot Inside and Mercurio with "Burn," a blazing acid-tinged banger that boats dry drums and a strangled wail. The reference to fire in the title suggests the evolution of Edgar's series of singles, while the name of the track "Decalcify" invokes a process closely related to desalination, as both play a role in making the body more attuned to supernatural experiences. Ultramajic's Chicago house influence enticed legendary footwork producer DJ Rashad, who's voice can be heard in the sampled squawk on metallic tune "Walk Show." The final track "Who's Watchin," features Jimmy's own vocal, coy bleep-bloop instrumentation and hissing hi-hats. Taken as a whole, Saline and the other releases in Jimmy's series of dance singles are designed to instigate the processes they allude to and aid in the path of spiritual development.

This journey we're about to embark on promises of exciting new sounds and feelings. Cloaked in a dark veil of mystery and intrigue, SLUGGERS have compiled a beautifully illustrated map to the cosmos. The sounds of science, with a techno pulse powers the 3 track release ahead. Beginning where one should, (at the start), 'Particles' introduces a lush and minimal framework which builds to a crescendo, somewhere just before 'Contact'. A hypnotic vocal, and playful percussion give way to an undeniably hype apex half way though the track, and as the resulting contact is made, the 'Horizon' is approached. We don't have a clever enough space analogy that would emphatically, yet poetically scream 'THIS TRACK IS SO HYPE'! But we know we've arrived, right where we're supposed to be. Are you in it for the journey though, or to simply reach the destination? We're enjoying this too much; lets hope the ride never ends...

Little is known about Miami-based SLUGGERS but in almost no time they have landed support from industry top dogs Skrillex, Boys Noize, A-Trak & Diplo. This has lead to SLUGGERS appearances at some of the worlds top festival stages including TomorrowWorld, Ultra Music Festival & EDC Las Vegas. After landing a track in Skrillex's BBC 1 Essential Mix the Slugs were tapped for an EP on OWSLA's Nest to close out 2013. Opening 2014 with an official remix of Diplo's single, 'Revolution' on Mad Decent - the Slugs are picking up right where they left off. In “The Limit” and “New York has changed”, we find catchy old school house recalling 90´s hip hop sounds. UK-based Australian Light Year’s last record ’Never Know’ on Exploited had ’strains of chill wave and witch house, with looped, distant vocal snippets and a breezy vibe. Since his release on Spectral Sound the former electro house producer was saying hello to L.I.E.S, Trilogy Tapes and more straightforward house and techno.’ (Resident Advisor) 
While his first releases were leaning on the more melodic side ’Feeling This Way’ (his follow-up on Exploited) is more functional and stripped down just to the bare essentials - a drum track and a vocal snippet - pretty much influenced by some of the Ghetto House records he was listening to when he did this track. ’Slow Burn’ on the other hand is a collaboration with Jas Shaw from Simian Mobile Disco. Jas had just sourced some new pieces of kit for the SMD live album concept they were working on. They used a Cirklin sequencer - one of the most intuitive analogue sequencers you could probably use. The track pretty much wrote itself once they sequenced their modular synthesizer. The final version was created, produced and mixed in that one session. We hope you enjoy these 2 infectious tracks as much as we do.
