Dutch electro producer Lloyd Stellar brings his magic touch to Exploited Club on two fierece tracks following on from acclaimed releases on esteemed imprints ranging from 20/20 Vision to Avoidant, BroknToys and Science Cult.

‘Digital Hallucinations’ takes a haunted, Burial-esque pitched-down vocal sample, drenched in reverb, and floats it over a punishing, pacey breakbeat rhythm. Bruising bass relentlessly pummels as bleepy rhythms pulse, delay and filter around the mechanical rhythms. The tripped town textures in the higher registers cut against the hard underbeat to make both your head and your body spin.

‘Hibernating Machines’ journeys further into the deep with almost tribal bass sweltering underneath mystical pad sound and modulating drones. The percussion chatters, convulsing in response to those earth-shattering sub waves, and a dizzying synth lie rises from the depths to pull you further into the hypnotic heart of this spacious track.

Chicago’s Dark Heaven offers up the ‘La Chasse’ compilation this July, featuring nineteen original compositions by artists from across the United States, Brazil, and France.
Founded in 2021, Dark Heaven is a Chicago based event company and collective focused on curating immersive experiences with underground electronic artists, installation/visual artists, and queer
performance artists. With bookings from the likes of Matrixxman, Nikki Nair, Overland, Ariel Zetina, Sard, Beau Wanzer, and kryptogram, Dark Heaven thrives in DIY spaces but has also made rounds in the club circuit, most recently at Smartbar and Podlasie Club. In late 2022, co-founder and artist Vorp, with the help of collective partner follidh, began curating La Chasse, translating to “the hunt” in French, launching Dark Heaven as a record label with a various artist compilation album.
With the ‘La Chasse’ compilation the Dark Heaven imprint has pieced together a broad spectrum of sonic influences. Across nineteen tracks the collection traverses through Electro, Jungle, Techno, Bass, Microhouse and Experimental Electronica. Tracks like D.Strange’s ‘Eros’, DVS NME’s ‘Herr Elektromotoren’ and Francois Dillinger’s ‘Persist To Resist’ employ classic Electro tropes with crisp drums, cinematic synth textures and gnarly bass lines. IVVY’s ‘Unstable’, Lokua’s ‘Keep It Going’, PV5000’s ‘DJ Do Baile’ and COMMON
GROUND’s ‘User Frndly’ shift the focus over to raw techno with high octane rhythms, and intricately intertwined synth work.
Double Dipp’s ‘Shock Me’, Ommen’s ‘a few things wrong with me’, ‘Detroit Receiving’ by Gino and Clarissa’s ‘An Ode To Nothing’ embraces a deeper, more reduced house aesthetic with a focus on low-slung 4/4 drums and textural atmospherics. Flex Blur also turns in a straight jungle workout driven by amen breaks and dreamy pads with ‘Doute’, KEEFE lays down breaks tinged ‘Big Donk Energy’ and Club Drippy turns in a murky slice of electronica with ‘Crashed’. The likes of Jace Inman, Linquency, Mafgar, rising star of Miami Sel.6 and
Vorp then diverge into experimental realms with their contributions, each employing intricately programmed, off-kilter rhythms, and expertly crafted sound design for a truly unique listening experience.

London based producer Anna Unusyan makes a return to Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains label with a new two track single, ‘U Turn’. Since her debut release in 2018 with Starskream Records, Unusyan has been deploying jacking and heavy techno grooves for releases on the likes of Kuukou Records, as well as being deployed for remix duties previously on Kneaded Pains, as part of the ‘Apache Remixes’ EP. A brace of new tracks are offered up on the
‘U Turn’ single, capturing her dynamictechno sheen, rolling drums and pumping grooves.

For its tenth release, 909 Connection is back with a 5-track EP based on an original concept. Taking Swooh's track Artificial Limbo as a starting point, 4 producers followed one another, each appropriating elements from the previous artist to create a cascade of remixes.

The initial track is a futuristic banger with a ghetto-tech, breakbeat and mental trance sound that will have no trouble shaking up dancefloors.
For the first remix entitled Artificial Himbo, STUPR offers an explosive version, giving pride of place to analogue and distorted sounds, introducing an acid lead that evolves over the course of the track.
After an ambient intro, the next remix, Patriarchal Himbo, produced by Islyz, builds to a powerful dancehall rhythm, culminating in a breakcore/IDM climax.
Then it's R.2614's turn with his interpretation entitled Patriarchal Hippo, where he lays down his characteristic rhythms over the layers of the previous track, in a dark atmosphere ending with an effective four-on-the-floor.
The final link in the chain, Patriarcal Zippo by Lord Jalapeños, is a demonstration of the producer's talent for electro rhythms with sci-fi sound design percussion.
