Marcus Meinhardt is not the one to stay on the lazy side. After an immensely busy tour schedule he went straight back to the studio to make some new bangers. True to his own style, the track we hear this year, “House Of Beats”, is a very unique piece packed to the brim with emotion, supplemented by a dub version.

The upbeat mode of the track underlines the positive attitude of Marcus. First and foremost this lies in the addictive groove and tight percussion work, which creates the perfect frame for a massive, crisp synth. It is all underlined by a proclaiming vocal drawing on inspirations from classics but keeping it fresh and modern. As the dub version leaves the vocal element out, the tune strikes you as just meant for the dance floor, carrying great momentum when focusing on the synth alone as well. No doubt this is already one of the big ones this year.
