It includes the sunniest grooves you’ve heard this year. ’Shir Khan Presents Black Jukebox Disco Jam 01’ is a soundsystem-ready disco-house jam which tickles the subwoofers beautifully and seems purpose built for eyes-wide-shut Summer terrace play in big outdoor spaces. Inspired by little more than the desire to have a good time with like-minded souls, it showcases two more tasty re-edits from the producer's personal stash. A-side "Africa" is an inspired version of a piano-fuelled modern soul gem, with elements of the source track being joined by bubbly new machine drums and a few subtle touches. The letter was long winded and told a tall tale of love. It was written upon delicate paper with carefully spelt ink. He read it not once but twice before taking in the meaning of the wording, it had the potential to change his life and alter the very face of time to come. The way it made him feel was prodound and abrupt, shocking yet sweet. He sipped from a tall glass as he folded over the last of it before placing it atop the glowing embers of the burining fire. The lights were turned off and he sighed.
