Swiss duo Psycho Weazel step in with some dance floor dynamite.

Léo Besso and Ivo Roxo's story is one of kinship; a tale of two friends spurring each other through an ever-ascending journey propelled by soft hearts and a magnetic, boisterous energy.

With hours stacking in the studio, Psycho Weazel defined their sound with the beautifully balanced 'boysdontcry'. This LP sought to give license to emotional expression whilst showcasing an important facet of their characters that extends beyond party starters and is more introspective and complex.

This balance is echoed across their latest outing for Exploited Club. 'Sueño Cálido' is equal parts heartfelt and mobile; club bangers with a cosy tinge perfect for warm summer dance floors.

The title track kicks things off with a deft counterbalance of power and poignancy. Nifty polyrhythms dance a syncopated shuffle under buttery synths that swell into humid plumes, while a boxing bass line tacks together a highly infectious groove. More melodies are gently folded in as emotion mounts, and a clever, free-flowing arrangement keeps the listener engaged, while a certain lo-fi quality wraps them in a homey blanket.

'Sueur' follows up with a slapping 909 drum track adorned with a bubbling organ and broad, colorful synth sweeps. Again, lively sequencing keeps the listener on their toes as drums are expertly dropped in and out, while melodies duck and weave across a bold, no-nonsense DJ tool.

'Body Alarm' brings things to a steamy close. Toms lead the charge here as they form the bones of a totally irresistible vibe, enhanced with carnival vocal cuts and sharp organ jabs. A wild breakdown unfolds as the energy stacks in layers, keeping the mood at boiling point until the very end.

Premiere: Kate Stein, Lord Fascinator - Asteroid [Eskimo Recordings]

Stockholm-based DJ and producer Godash, a seasoned dj with over 20 years of experience in the electronic music scene, is back with his latest project. This highly anticipated 3-track release showcases his masterful fusion of classic house elements with tribal and contemporary influences, offering a fresh yet nostalgic experience for listeners.

The EP opens with "Juan Atkins", a powerful track that builds on traditional house foundations, layering vibrant tribal rhythms and percussion with modern twists. Its driving energy makes it a standout for the dance floor, evoking a sense of movement and celebration.

Next up, is "Private Guiro", a track that feels like a sonic journey through the urban landscape. With its ambient textures and groove-heavy bassline, it showcases versatility and ability to create atmospheric soundscapes while still keeping the energy high.

Closing the EP is "Rytmus" which takes listeners deeper into the tribal soundscape, with intricate drum patterns and hypnotic melodies. His 'We Are Free' EP is a bold clarion call to the dancefloor that gives a mischievous nod to early '90s UK progressive house and the halcyon days of acid and rave culture while fully embracing a defined and distinctively psychedelic sonic vision of the future.

2025 will undoubtedly continue to be an eventful year for Prinze as he duly prepares a fistful of cosmic missives for his own Epicure Records and remix collaborations with Rotten City head honcho Alvaro Cabana and Silicone Soul. Hailing from Sydney, Jerk Boy has amassed a credible catalogue of modern Disco music, the contents of which can be huddled together under the umbrella of 'music for good times'. He knows exactly how to move floors and his next single featuring Irfane is case on point.

Best known for his collaborative work with Ed Banger mainstay Breakbot who he toured with extensively - Irfane has also worked with Hudson Mowhake and remains a deeply versatile vocalist. Together the duo lay out 'Something Isn't Right'; a classy cut with an easy, free-flowing energy.

A trim and shifty bass line pops and flexes under a finger snapping snare and sixteenth-note shuffles. The groove is effortless as is gently segues through sections of chordal chimes, vocal refrains and flashes of melodic expression with just enough drive and force to keep the vibe buoyant throughout.

A radio edit and an instrumental offer options for DJs who will no doubt pull it for it's fun, addictive and softly rapturous spirit.'

These were our internal working titles anyway. In the end, it's a big compilation with 21 artists that we don't want to pigeonhole, because it's a big zoo! Feinstoff drifts into darker territory with Space Dust, a release that feels like dancing at the edge of a vanishing world. Eleonora, fresh off appearances on Get Physical and Anjunadeep, sets the tone with a mesmerizing, dystopian haze.

Remixes from Vhyce and Freudenthal & Saeuer reframe the track from different corners of the void. Vhyce with his signature 909-driven ‘90s pulse, and Freudenthal & saeuer with an addictive melodic twist that lingers like a signal you can’t quite shake.

A cold, dystopian edge fuels the original mix. Sharp kicks, gated snares, and syncopated rave stabs orbiting Eleonora’s unmistakable vocal. Restless, searching - this track moves through a mood between nostalgia and drifting uncertainty. A tough indie dance cut with a hint of EBM. 

Vhyce opens with his signature beat before locking into an arpeggiated bassline that shifts the track into a more dreamlike orbit. The dystopia softens; stripped-back vocals echo into open space, and a mechanical synth line guides it all toward a masterfully executed drop serving a controlled reentry through synthetic clouds and starlit frequencies.

Freudenthal & Saeuer return after their standout “Do It” remix and step into darker realms with a commanding snare and pristine hats. Mustering up a round, rolling bass and an ominous drone, while Eleonora’s vocals loop and glitch like fragments from a fading memory. It all builds toward a melody that doesn’t just stick - it defines the moment, like waking up in a post-dystopian world with the system rebooting. It hits the floor with intent. Sharp, hypnotic, and hard to walk away from.

Together, these versions channel Feinstoff’s signature tension between nostalgia and futurism. Music made not just to move bodies, but to echo through fogged-up rooms and strobe-lit moments that feel slightly out of this world.
