Mike McDonald, known by his stage name Tesselation, is a musician, producer, and DJ based in Denver, Colorado. He began his career with a downtempo aesthetic and has since started to explore more upbeat and experimental styles. His immersive sound design incorporates the use of organic instrumentation, sample based production, synth design, and collaboration with local musicians.
