Together with my dear friend @drawswithpaws I remixed @kounterandmilk's incredible track: Mechanophobia.

For this remix I decided to take a more storytelling approach. I've been wanting to attempt to recontextualise my electronic music into a more theatrical setting and focus, and with this song I feel like I've taken the first step to doing so. By being very on the nose with the things I mean with my music I hope to invoke a reaction from the listener that makes them think about the topics at hand. 

The main focus of this remix is the looming presence of Artificial Intelligence in artistic fields, and how it basically steals from artists without any compensation, driving them out of their work, and killing the influx of creative and fresh ideas along with the self expression that comes with them. AI can only replicate what it's learned, often using pieces without the consent of the original artists. AI is killing real creatives.

The Polcore drop is heavily inspired by Loffciamcore, although I did try to give it my own spin. The fact that I mostly make bass music probably also contributes to the fact that it sounds different mixing wise.

Thank you Myla for helping me out with this project. Remixing the cover art to go along with the song I feel adds a lot of depth and emotion to the tune.
