Echoes from N Λ T U R R I T U - MATERIA PRIMA. For me, music is synonymous with the first vibration born from silence. The first and most direct from the source of being. The first matter - the primordial matter - will determine everything we experience, know, think and know from that moment on. Depending on the use of alchemy, healing or destruction happens from here. To listen to music and especially to create a sound journey means for me to follow this thread, to find a way to the source of existence, to the primordial. To what everything in this world turns: to the omnipresent harmony. In addition, I would like to point out again and again that this happens in harmony. Harmony means to bring opposites together. Dissolving our thinking of opposites. Letting go of our differentiation of things, instead recognizing the connections and commonalities. ALL IS RELATED - according to Jeremy Narby in his lectures. This knowledge is as old as humanity itself. We are allowed to remember again what we are, what this planet is all about, how we live in peace and most importantly where we come from - just follow the sounds to silence.

Die erste Materie - der Urstoff - wird von dem Zeitpunkt an alles bestimmen was wir erleben, kennen, denken und wissen. Je nach Verwendung von Alchemie geschieht von hier aus Heilung oder Zerstörung. Musik zu hören und vor allem eine Klangreise zu kreieren bedeutet für mich diesem roten Faden zu folgen, einen Weg zu finden bis hin zur Quelle der Existenz, bis zum Urspünglichen. Literally translated as the "First Power," the Adi Shakti mantra honors the feminine force of creation. Raio and sophie sôfrēē offer their beautiful interpretation of this mantra supported by Raio's deeply refined production and instrumentation. It is a journey across dusky landscapes, featuring native flute, kamel'ngoni, handpan, deep percussion, and a touch of african blues guitar. 

This mantra is used to tune us into the frequency of the Divine Mother, and to the primal, protective, generating energy of the universe. It is said that chanting it eliminates fears and increases confidence, personal power, security, and abundance. It is also sung on the 120th day after pregnancy, traditionally honored as the day the soul enters the body.

Raio and Sophie Sofree are delighted to release this track during the 6th month of their pregnancy, in the moon of their marriage. It's also their first release together celebrating their love of mantra and has been co-created out of love.

We welcome you through this gateway into the nurturing power of the Divine Feminine.

Golden-Citrine Angelic Light Transmission: Clearing and Uplifting the Solar Plexus Chakra.

In this meditation we work to clear a chakra by calling on a Power Animal Guide. In particular a wild cat that can be from this dimension of earth such as a jaguar, tigeror lion or it can be from another dimension/time of earth such as a sabre tooth tiger. 

In this meditation we journey into one of your chakras which your unconscious mind will reveal as a landscape. In this space we call the guide/protector to help clear and open this chakra. 

Together you journey with the guide/protector, to see and release any lower energies from your energy fields - perhaps people, situations. Once this is done the boundaries of your chakra can be sealed with Angelic Healing Light. 

Then you are invited to journey to the core of your own power. This may appear as something fiery such as a volcano or a sacred space such as a stone circle or a grove of ancient trees, or a powerful lake. Here you can connect with the core of your power.

An excerpt from the 2013-01-03 dharma talk at Plum Village. There ia a sutra on the contemplation of the body and the body is a big subject of meditation. There is much suffering and misery in this world and some people want to get out of this world. Is there a way to get out of the world of suffering and misery by looking into your body? We can see the four elements - water, air, earth, and heat - in our body. There are six sense organs that can produce the six consciousnesses. When you look into the body deeply, you can see it is a community. Can you see all our ancestors by looking into the body?  Is there a self? If we heal ourselves, we can heal our ancestors.  We don't just practice for ourselves, we practice for all our ancestors. Our body is a treasure and we should take care of our body. There is a Buddha in the body.

What does it take to soften those walls, and rest in the purity of the wisdom of your heart? What does it mean to listen to its guidance? And how can opening your heart chakra, alter the way that you interact with life?

This guided meditation is designed to journey deep within your heart. Anahata (which is the Sanskrit name of the heart chakra) literally means “unstruck”. Meaning, beneath the hurt of past experiences lies a place of purity and strength.
