The Place Where Silence Begins started as an original score for Annalaura Tamburrini’s solo show in Florence, built around underwater film portraits and cyanotypes. Loose recordings and analog fragments are reassembled into a new shape, meant to sit with the idea of returning to the same place, both physical and remembered, until you reach the exact point where silence begins. Written and recorded across July and August 2025.
