Chris Torres is a drummer and DJ originally from Denver, CO and currently based in Oakland, California. His passion for music was fostered at an early age spending most of his teens and 20s gigging and raving in the copious Denver music scene. He hosted a radio show called the Jazz Odyssey broadcasted on KUVO 89.3fm in Denver from 2015 until his move in 2017. The show highlighted his style rooted in hip hop, fusion, world, jazz, prog, and dance music spanning past to present. Nowadays you can catch him equally comfortable behind the decks or playing drums in a jazz combo around the bay area.

Extra Medium is a Bristol born producer that has been taking on the influences of the city’s underground music scene and fusing it with Jazz music. 

His love for Jazz and obscure sampling has led him to fuse the rolling sounds of drum and bass and the big shuffling energy of UK Garage. Creating a unique and big take on bass driven dance music. 


His take on dance music has led him to create his own record label Thick Boy Records. A record label dedicated to the sounds of UK Garage, House and Drum and bass whilst keeping thick, fresh and funky.
