Segbawu Francis, (born 13 December 1998) better known by his stage name Eye City, is a Ghanaian Hip-Hop/ Hiplife and Reggae musician. He is the CEO of Xpress Gang. He also won several awards. 
He is the last born of George Segbawu and Marry Pio, also have two sisters and one brother. 
Eye City developed a love for music at an early age. From the age of six, he would join his friends onstage as he entertained local audiences and created a sensation every time.  
This childhood experience helped to shape his musical journey and as a teenager he was already writing his own music and performing at various events in his home town When he left school, he decided to move to Kibi Eastern Region in west Africa and really focus on building his professional career.
 He enjoyed playing in clubs and bars but he knew he couldn't do this for the rest of his life and, like many other musicians, he was looking for a breakthrough
When he decided to begin touring his skils, soulful voice and haunting lyrics immediately gathered a loyal fan base around him.
