J Alternative is a group that connects the Rap, Hip-Hop, Pop and R And B culture of music by fueling sounds that are familiar and innovative to the musical ear, creating music they love and enjoy.  J Voxals and J Love immediately found their groove with one another when they met in 2008.  After tunneling through the business and developing their sound they founded the alias J Alter to showcase them as a collective. Since both of their stage names begin with the letter J, Alternative was the practical solution for their name affiliation because they didn't fit in one particular genre for their style of music.
