Schmidley Smichkey, a.k.a Benjamin Lovett, is a composer, sound designer, multi-genre violinist with a penchant for quirky sounds, silly humor, and loose-leaf tea.  

His music combines acoustic and electronic sounds into an off-beat, playful, and densely layered infusion that sings, creaks, booms, and rattles.
