Clandestine Arts Recording is a mobile recording setup operated by Carl Byers and began in 2008. My goal is to deliver quality results at a low cost while creating a musical document in comfortable settings for the band. Currently, my focus and experience has been working with mainly punk, hardcore, or metal bands. I prefer recording guitar-based music, but am open to working outside of that spectrum.

Clandestine Arts has also functioned as a DIY label, releasing one 7″ vinyl record thus far: Deadmen – Possession of the Void. Further releases are not planned at this time, but some projects are in their initial stages.
