This week’s DETECT comes courtesy of Lucas Rojo, aka @r010artist.

Focusing solely on the Live format, the Madrid-based artist and producer dances between uplifting techno, dub and house both in his groove-laden productions and selections. 

A resident of the prestigious Phase Collective, R-010 is regular on their line-ups as well as their discography with his ‘Caleidoscope’ EP being released in March of last year. Whilst back in November, he released his most recent album ‘La ciudad de los muchachos’ on Cabrera, which featured his trademark funk-infused, energetic grooves aplenty.

@mmaemm, DJ & Co-founder of @la-taquinerie, Maemm gives us a lesson of techno. A one-hour journey where intricate rhythms collide with hypnotic melodies.

"I recorded this podcast several months ago, spending a lot of time on it. It was a period when I was questioning myself a lot about what I really liked, what I wanted to share, and what made me passionate. I eventually treated this mix as a material that I could craft.
