Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 (flight numbers MH370 and via code sharing with China Southern Airlines CZ748) was an international scheduled flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, during which a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 disappeared from the air traffic control at Kuala Lumpur Airport on March 8, 2014 and suddenly changed direction. So far, no official cause has been given for the disappearance of flight MH370. The findings from radar and satellite data suggest - at least for the phase of flight recorded by the radar and the subsequent turn to the south derived from satellite data - an intentional act by a pilot or by hijackers.
