Binaural Beats for Schumann Resonance 7.83Hz

1-3Hz is in the Delta range. For deep meditation or sleep. I used my guitar for all the sounds (no electronic sounds), although I did use some effects like time-stretching and lots of reverb and delay.

The 1Hz tone is associated with 
deep, dreamless sleep, trance state, profound 
relaxation, restorative sleep, feelings of tranquility and peace, if one can remain awake!

I also used a guitar tone as a base note for this Isochronic tone as I think its easier to listen to than a saw wave which can quite annoying at high speeds.

C# Tibetan Bowls With Binaural Beats (4hz And 2hz).  I added Binaural Beats at 4hz for the first 20 minutes and 2hz for the remaining set.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. This works best with headphones and is useful for meditation or relaxation. In this case I created three binaural beats. Each section is 10 minutes long and the beginnings are marked with the hits of the singing bowl. The tone is C 256 hz.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

This track features Jenn Cornell playing the cello. (http://montanaskiesmusic.com) Jenn's cello composition was inspired by the Indian flute virtuoso, Hariprasad Chaurasia and a sonata of J.S. Bach. (specifically, the second mov't of sonata in Gm for cello and piano.)  The inspiration came together after we both went to hear the amazing Kirtan group Shantala, who further inspired us both with their indian classical instruments. (http://www.shantalamusic.com) The track contains a 4hz binaural beat and is based on the root chakra.  The base tone is C (128hz).

Cello Meditation With 4hz Binaural Beat

he Schumann Resonance is a frequency in our atmosphere that is triggered by lightning. The frequency averages 7.83 cycles per second, and it entrains our brain into a brainwave state right between Theta and Alpha. Since it has been humming in our atmosphere for millions of years it is a frequency that we actually need. Astronauts actually received this frequency electromagnetically whenever in outer space. The problem is that this frequency is obscured by the electromagnetism in a city.

This CD contains the Schumann Frequency as binaural beat frequencies for maximum effect. There is no music on this CD! The frequencies are played on a carrier frequency of 62.64 hertz -- the same note as the Schumann frequency at a higher octave. We also include binaural beats in Delta and Deep Delta (Epsilon) also tuned to the Schumann frequency to bring you into a deep state of meditation.

This is a 30 minute binaural audio field recording of ocean waves with a binaural-beat sine wave recording of the Schumann Resonance lightly  embedded into the track. I used the Cosmic Octave Earth year tone of 136.10 Hz, panned this tone left and used 143.93 Hz and panned it right to create an exact binaural-beat tone of 7.83 Hz - the Schumann Resonance.

Listen with headphones to get the full immersive experience and for the binaural beat frequency to be activated. Use it as a background tone at home or at work. Very effective in the evening and listening during sleep. 

I do not recommend listening to this tone when driving. The Schumann frequency is an alpha wave.
