Up next on Stil vor Talent, Berlin-via-Paris based producer Temple Tears steps in with his debut transmission for us, 'Silent Teacher'. Exponent of a highly energetic, no-surrender strain of electronics, the French talent has us submerged into an effervescing pool of pulsating rhythms and rogue sine waves all set at sweeping dance floors clean this coming summer. Highlighting Temple Tears' steady evolution towards higher BPM ratios and a more in-your-face approach to production, 'Silent Teacher' conjures up the spirits of turn-of-the-millennium figures Cirez D and Fehrplay, both of which played a strong inspirational part in the composition of the lead single.

Stacking up incendiary levels of NRG before releasing it with resolute impact, the title-track takes us on a much physical ride from neon-splattered EBM landscapes onto further claustrophobic cosmic tech ventures. All in tendinous bass and fireball arps, here comes a thunderbolt of Italo-flavoured ready to blast your system to shreds. Continuing his pursuit of the most anthemic next thrill, Stil vor Talent head exec Oliver Koletzki returns to the label with a vengeance. Fusing reggaean vibrations with that new wavey techno sensibility of his (think Depeche Mode on a trip to Kingston, Jamaica), 'Finding Love' sees Koletzki exploring the frontier between downtempo Caribbean pop and a pure driving electro throb. 

Shifting gears between a proper broken techno backbone onto the further syncopated alphabet of low-slung dance hall vocals, 'Finding Love' alternates sequences of sheer vaporous oneirism with that of a fleet-footed bassy workout laced with splatters of 80s synth-pop, ready to set any dance floor ablaze and turn entire crowds of ravers upside down. Up on remix duty, Berlin-based French producer Temple Tears punches in with a distinctly stealth weapon for the darker hours of the night. All in sturdier bass curves and jacking punch, the track is bound to cut a path of destruction this summer with its untamed EBM horsepower and hard-nosed house bounce straight out the basement. Has it ever happened to you that while out raving, at some point in the night, you start singing along to the music or find hidden words in the songs? Well, that’s how this song was born. Agus and I made the first demo, which we already liked a lot. But a few days later, Clara (who, by the way, is my girlfriend’s sister) came over for dinner and started telling us how she had been singing the same phrases over and over to the music at the party she had gone to the night before. After adding a few words here and there and recording it, the song stopped being a demo and instantly started sounding like something finished.
