you don't take advantage of the customer you don't lie to the customer and you do not price gouge the customer.

You respect the customer because they are paying you good money.

And your name is everything how you treat people is how your business will grow.

Also if you have guys that are terrible disrespectful lazy and do not know what they're doing please get them off of your team.

I don't care if they've been doing it 20 years.. If they don't care any more than they're worth list they don't deserve the respect or a paycheck if they don't do their job anymore..


Nobody owes you anything if you do not carry your weight or do your job anymore you don't deserve it you have to continue with what you had been doing in the past!!

Get rid of the backstabbing lazy Jokers and you will make more money.

They're just leeches that feel that world owes them everything because they did a little time in the field...
