Produced under extreme conditions: Antero Teknomatto fighting a pounding headache with eyeglasses older than the 303 itself. The 909 was snappy and merciless, clicking away like it had something to prove. The 808, reduced to clap duty, politely chipped in whenever needed. And the poor 303 — too weary to squelch — could only mumble a bit of resonance, like it was half-asleep in the corner.

Then, just when hope seemed lost, a miracle happened: out of the fog of pain came a killer melody, conjured with the DeepMind 6 and the Korg Minilogue XD. Like a sudden flash of inspiration cutting through the headache haze, the synths sang, and the track finally found its soul.

The result is Headache: a stubborn, slightly blurry, but strangely uplifting piece of electronic resilience. Warning: may cause dancing, squinting, and a sudden urge to buy new glasses.
