Our latest addition in the collab with SLAM! FM is an intense set by Jimpster and Gabriel Ananda during ADE 2014. In the Boom Room, Deep House Amsterdam will have recurring segments like the 'spotlight track' where we pick our favourite new track of the week and a bi-weekly mix that we will co-host with them, the latest of which is now online: Sidney Charles. 

Jamie Odell, aka Jimpster, has been producing, remixing and DJing for the last 20 years and co-running esteemed UK deep house label Freerange Records (voted Best British Label 2007 in DJ Mag) for the last 17 of them. Gabriel Ananda is known for breaking hearing-habbits, using well dosed deep structured sounds. Connoisseurs of the uncommon enjoy his straight and fiddly cool beats, ranging from techno to house and everything in between. But definitions really become useless when Techno, House and Dub merge together like in Gabriel Anandas productions.

Ryan Ellis and Lewis Wright are No Artificial Colours - two people who've established a distinct sound and maintained that since their debut back in 2011. Purveying their blend of seductive and anthemic house music on labels such as Madtech the duo have garnered ample support from titans like Jamie Jones. It was only when we listened to the new promo mix they delivered to us earlier this month that we truly heard how far the boys have progressed since they last played here in 2011. Taking on a darker tone and picking up the pace a little, their new material still very much exudes that peak time, club dynamic but its construction seems to be exceeding their previous efforts, with the guys already signing an RP to Skream’s Of Unsound Mind imprint.

Set to join Hannah Wants, Tom Shorterz and more in Room One later this month (20<sup>th</sup> November) we checked in with Ryan and Lewis to get a little update on what they’ve been up to of late to better present the exclusive mix they’ve made us.

Music helps to set life's mood.  How did I get here??? Well its been quite a journey. You see I love it all, from 70's soul, 80's funk, alternative. Quality music is my passion. Early 80's hip-hop and the Bay Area rave scene in the 90's shaped my DJ persona.  

For 20 + years House has run deep in my blood and in that same time Techno has become my sultry mistress.  You could say I love all things electronic and that encompasses a lot of different sounds. Everything from hip-hop, house, tech-house, techno, down-tempo,  and drum n bass.  Nothing Pop though and sorry NO EDM. 

I really love things that are Underground. Yeah Underground Dance Music is what I play. I love music that makes you dance and I love sharing new sounds. I especially  love the art of DJ mixing and specifically those who create a journey and a story with music. I hope to dance and groove as long as my soul feels it and my body allows. 

Well my my Soundcloud page, is now revamped and ready to  expose  beautiful, deep,techy, groovy, and some times hard hitting sounds!!!! I will keep it varied but always real. Please enjoy what you hear (feedback appreciated)!!!!!
