Made for KVR Audio's "One Synth Challenge" #178

This month, it was "Vaporizer2" by VAST Dynamics Software. Vaporizer2 was the only synth used across multiple instances, including all drums. Only stock-effects and perpetually-free effects were used to process them and the master, as well as a special rule for the month that allows commercial plugins as well. Other usual rules apply: no samples or self-modulating effects.

Balance Point [.techno mix]

It's time to revive an old brand for me.

Something Different, or the SD series, was originally me playing drum and bass, mainly mainstream, for my friends, as "something different" than my usual stuff.

Well, since I've done a LOT of mainstream DnB, that's no longer different, so I'm reviving this as just a place for me to play all my non-4/4 style music, whenever I feel the itch to just play.

Starting off, this is more liquid, deep, and tech step style.

SD XIV

Paradise can be anywhere you want to make it. Be it at home in the arms of your partner, or some far away place on a beach somewhere.

This song came together quickly, and was a bug in my ear, where it longed to be completed.
