Guitarist / composer, was born in Palermo on February 11th, 1977. After a Degree in Sculpture achieved in 2001 at the Fine Arts Academy of Palermo and music studies as self-taught, he attends to the Bachelor Jazz Guitar course at the Prins Claus Conservatory in Groningen (Netherlands) in 2004. He studies with Conrad Herwig, Ralph Peterson Jr., Brian Lynch, David Berkman, Steve Davis, Michael Moore, Deena De Rose, Don Braden, Anton Goudsmit; between Holland and Italy he follows workshops with Lee Konitz, Joe Lovano, Salvatore Bonafede, Ralph Towner, Maria Pia De Vito, Timucin Sahin, David Gilmore, Kurt Rosenwinkel. 
In these years he gives life to the Klee Quartet, contemporary jazz band and participates in various festivals and events in Italy and Europe.

In 2007 he achieves his bachelor receiving a 3 months in New York Scholarship by the prestigious Andrea Elkenbracht Foundation; here he studies with  Ben Monder, Gilad Hekselman, Lage Lund, Jonathan Kreisberg, Adam Rogers, Gene Bertoncini, Steve Coleman.
In March 2011 releases the debut cd Manziluna (Fitzcarraldo Rec.) and records the demo 2011 of the new project Flow Quartet.

He plays, among the others with Conrad Herwig, Marcello Pellitteri, Amato Brothers, Seby Burgio, Pietro Ciancaglini, Michael Rosen, Owen Hart Jr., Tarek Yamani, Giuseppe Milici, Dario Carnovale, Orazio Maugeri, Stefano D'Anna, Mauro Schiavone, Francesco Guaiana, Luca Lo Bianco, Marvi La Spina's Macchina di Suoni Orchestra.
In 2008/9 teaches jazz guitar, rock, fusion at the Academy of Modern Music (AMM) of Palermo and since the year 2010 teaches at the music school Palermo Jazz.

Chitarrista/compositore nasce a Palermo l'11 Febbraio 1977. Dopo una laurea in Scultura conseguita all' Accademia di Belle Arti di Palermo nel 2001 e studi musicali da autodidatta, decide di dedicarsi completamente alla musica e nell' anno 2004 segue il corso di Bachelor di Chitarra Jazz al Prins Claus Conservatorium di Groningen (Paesi Bassi). Studia con Conrad Herwig, Ralph Peterson Jr., Brian Lynch, David Berkman, Steve Davis, Michael Moore, Deena De Rose, Don Braden, Anton Goudsmit; tra Olanda e Italia segue i workshop di Lee Konitz, Joe Lovano, Salvatore Bonafede, Ralph Towner, Maria Pia De Vito, Timucin Sahin, David Gilmore, Kurt Rosenwinkel. Durante questi anni da` vita al Klee Quartet, gruppo di jazz contemporaneo, partecipando a diversi festival e manifestazioni in Italia e Europa.

Nel 2007 ottiene il Bachelor e con esso vince una Borsa di Studio donata dalla prestigiosa Fondazione olandese Andrea Elkenbracht per un periodo di 3 mesi a New York, dove studia con Ben Monder, Gilad Hekselman, Lage Lund, Jonathan Kreisberg, Adam Rogers, Gene Bertoncini, Steve Coleman.
Nel Marzo 2011 esce il cd d' esordio del progetto Manziluna (Fitzcarraldo Rec.) e la demo 2011 del nuovo progetto Flow Quartet. 

Suona, tra gli altri con Conrad Herwig, Marcello Pellitteri, i fratelli Amato, Seby Burgio, Pietro Ciancaglini, Michael Rosen, Owen Hart Jr., Tarek Yamani, Giuseppe Milici, Dario Carnovale, Orazio Maugeri, Stefano D'Anna, Mauro Schiavone, Francesco Guaiana, Luca Lo Bianco, Orchestra Macchina di Suoni di Marvi La Spina.
Nell' anno 2008/9 insegna chitarra jazz, rock, fusion all' Accademia di Musica Moderna (AMM) di Palermo e dal 2010 insegna  alla scuola di musica Palermo Jazz.
