Formed in 2013, Various Artists is the collaborative project of Ed and James, two passionate DJs and promoters whose careers began in the vibrant underground scene of Leeds. Initially cutting their teeth running the acclaimed Milkman Delivers parties, they quickly became a staple of the city's club culture, playing at some of its most iconic venues including Wire, Mint Club, Canal Mills, and Beaverworks.  

Over the years, they’ve shared the decks with some of the most respected names in underground dance music, from the likes of Lakuti to Krankbrother, bringing their signature sound to diverse crowds.

Musically, Various Artists bring a unique blend of house, techno, and progressive sounds, seamlessly weaving together deep grooves, raw energy, and an in depth understanding of the dancefloor. Their sets are all about connecting with the crowd, building an immersive atmosphere that invites listeners to lose themselves in the music. With their infectious energy, they consistently deliver unforgettable nights that blur the lines between DJ and crowd, while pushing boundaries in both the dance and the studio.

After years of honing their craft, Various Artists relocated to East London in 2017, where they now play regularly across the city’s club circuit and run their own club night, Discretion.
