Post Scriptvm is a surrealist experimental electronic music project founded in Brooklyn, NY in 1998 by Andrey Rokotov, a native of Moscow, Russia. The project explores the realms of death industrial, dark ambient, and power electronics, creating a sonic landscape that ranges from eerie, hypnotic soundscapes to industrial noise assaults. 

Thematically, Post Scriptvm delves into topics such as altered states of consciousness, societal collapse, Western esotericism, and apocalyptic religious cults. 

Drawing inspiration from surrealist and occult literature, particularly of the Russian Silver Age, as well as Soviet modern classical composers like Sofia Gubaidulina, Edison Denisov, and Alfred Schnittke, the project has aligned itself with the sounds of the Tesco Organisation record label, which has released the majority of PS's discography over the past two decades.

For their inaugural release, London-based vysyon presents Mercuri: an enchanting EP of enigmatic techno featuring work by Swiss artists @varuna4053 & @mateohurtadomusic. 

Having developed their brand of abyssal club music through releases on Amenthia Recordings & their own imprint A Walking Contradiction, Varuna dive into the void on 'Remote Pulsar'. Driven by a disorientating polyrhythm cloaked in opaque atmospherics, the trio's otherworldly approach to sound design is on full display. By contrast, the pounding 4/4 kick & propulsive acid bass of 'Uvez Echos' entrance the listener into a state of dancefloor reverie. 

Mateo Hurtado casts his own unique magic over the flip, showcasing his archetypal mystic sound established via an album on Annulled music & remixes for Space Drum Meditation. The mesmerising flute melody of 'An Invisible Fire, Working In Secret' casts a spell of hypnosis, while the flowing, amorphous pads & twisted bass of 'The Eternal Mirror' conjure visions of worlds unknown.

"On this episode of F.B.I. Pathology Report, we sonically explore the case of the Polish serial killer Paweł Alojzy Tuchlin, code-named Scorpion by the Citizens' Militia, who was sentenced to death for the murder of nine women and a further 11 attempted murders, which took place between 1975 and 1983.

As expressed by Tuchlin himself in court, regarding his teenage years: 

""My illness was that I was soaking in my sleep during the night. And the only medicine available to me at home was ""pyda"", a weave of thongs. When morning came, my mother or father checked the bed. When it was wet, I got a dose of the ""medicine"". The next day, the scene was repeated; because my father was of the opinion that I was lying in my bed maliciously or out of laziness.""

"They disliked me, especially when Dad drank himself, which happened often. At the time, Paweł was no longer there, he was only ""dujcok"", ""piss"" and ""skunk"". For this reason, I did not get, for example, money for the cinema."

"Then I grew up, from time to time there was some kind of fun in the living room, it went, but it all went with me. You wanted to dance, good, you go, ask a girl, and she knows you, it's her, I do not know, but I think it's a shame to dance with someone who is soaked, says: ""Stinks, I do not want to dance with you"", or something like that. Colleagues, friends, make yourself happy."

On 31 May 1983, at the age of 37, Tuchlin was arrested on suspicion of theft of wood and parlor. During the search of his farm, among other things, the car registration number GDM 1418 was found in the trunk of the vehicle, along with the hammer on whose handle was the blood of the victims. The hammer was carefully wrapped up in a bandage; according to Tuchlin, the hammer caught him cold in the stomach while he wore it in his pants looking for victims.

Tuchlin spent six months on psychiatric observation in Szczecin, where he was perceived as kind and helpful, and discovered his artistic talents, even winning a competition for making bread sculptures. The good material, mixed with saliva, could make the bread form and then congeal any form it was given. Tuchlin made three vaginal mock-ups in this way, even decorating them with natural bristles. He fell in love with a psychiatrist and began to write letters to her. So that she could not underestimate him, because only he knew what the words ""real man"" meant. He gave one of those sheaths as a gift to her. The doctor suffered a nervous breakdown.

During the course of the investigation, Tuchlin admitted to 10 murders and 11 attempted murders. As he claimed during the interrogation, he murdered to feel better. At the hearing, however, he recanted his testimony, claiming that he was forced to confess by the police. The regional court in Gdańsk sentenced Tuchlin to death for nine murders and 11 attempted murders on 6 August 1985.

SD.KFZ is the Power Electronics project of Thomas Artiguenave, based in Paris. Focused on themes of war, conflict, and memory, SD.KFZ delivers cold, precise sound, shaped by tension and restraint.  

His debut work “Skorpion Nest” released on Slave Chandelier, stands as a stark document of its vision, which also was re-issued on LP by Eternal Oblivion in 2024.

He also operates under different monikers such as Frontier, ARZACQ and the collaboration project Unite D’Habitation.

This episode of F.B.I. Pathology Report serves as an alternative approach to the sonic orientation of the true-crime documentary "Colleen Stan: The Girl In The Box", directed by Sean Turrell.

Plot:

On May 19, 1977, Colleen Stan was abducted by a sadistic predator and his wife (Cameron and Janice Hooker), she was brainwashed, tortured, and largely confined to a coffin-size box. But the nightmare continued long after Colleen's escape. When she eventually took the stand at her kidnapper's trial, she found herself portrayed as a willing participant. Nearly 40 years later, Colleen explains how she leaned on faith and family to reclaim her identity. There was another kidnapping victim-one who died and was never found-and now Colleen is determined to find justice for her, too.

Rusty Kelley and Emelia McKay have been creating art and music together for over a decade now. Breathing Problem, Interior One, Concave / Convex, Sectioned and Tuol Sleng Ministries are all project names that they use to tell different sound stories. Each one a different piece of their sound art puzzle that they find especially personal. They also run the label Breathing Problem Productions and do most of the graphic design and visual art for each release.

Concave / Convex is about the human body. The way human beings interact with their own bodies. The way culture and society  interact with bodies in both the physical and mental realm. We are all hurt animals chewing on the bars of a cage.

For Entropy's June radio show, Lussuria (@lussuria-music) of Hospital Production takes over with his 59-minute mix blending a haunting total of 30 artists' music in his signature style of dark mysterious and folklore-esque ambience .

Lussuria is an ambient industrial project formed in the spring of 2007 by Jim Mroz. Heavily inspired by early dark ambient and industrial music, Lussuria's atmosphere is created through a combination of sound collage, sampled loops and deconstructed musical sections. The result has been described as chilling, even troubling. Like listening to a feeling just out of reach.

Through several acclaimed releases and performances stateside and abroad, the project has been referred to as one of the leading voices of modern ambient industrial.

There’s something oddly comforting in the idea of a dead star still sending signals — distant, mechanical, yet somehow filled with meaning. Inertia, and the record as a whole, tap into that contradiction: the sensation of being impossibly far from home, yet still drawn toward something vast, unseen, and filled with memory.

While it may feel banal to visually represent what a pulsar in space looks like, the idea behind the cover is to reimagine that perspective — as if observing time and space passing by from inside a starship made of stone. The design draws loosely from sci-fi, Art Deco, and Moebius-inspired aesthetics.

Yunze Ou is a sonic exploration where nature, textures, and experimentation merge into a profound and hypnotic journey. It's the latest project from a producer who prefers to remain anonymous, but whose productions move between IDM, glitch, and ambient.
With a rhythmic base that converges at low bpms and up to 170 bpm, this project interweaves elements of deep techno, ambient, and drum & bass/halftime, creating immersive and dynamic soundscapes.

“Circuits” is a 4-track journey that weaves together the raw pulse of halftime and drum & bass with the serenity of the natural world. Inspired by rural landscapes, mountain air, and open skies, the EP explores the intersection of organic and digital—where winding forest paths meet lines of code, and birdsong echoes through data streams. Each track channels a different facet of this fusion: from dense, atmospheric textures to precise, tech-driven rhythms. Circuit is both a tribute to the untouched and a meditation on the systems—natural and artificial—that shape our experience.
