This week, BETAMAX061 invites producer, DJ, and music lover - Le Chocolat Noir @yasssa

Le Chocolat Noir aka Fiume as well as Honored Matres hailing from the central Croatian ex-industrial town of Sisak, releases on labels She Lost Kontrol, Panzerkreuz, Frigio, Gooiland Elektro, Return To Disorder, and Kraftjerkz, just to name a few. 

Noir synths, from noise and experimental to wave and EBM, electro, and much more are all part of his releases and DJ sets. Member of Zagreb's bRave collective and resident DJ of Ljubljana's Elektroliza, LCN also hosts a radio show Disco Panonia on Intergalactic FM.

The name Betamax stands for quality electronic music and analog warmth in micro/minimal/lo-fi/tech house/breakbeat and electro genres. The show itself is a mix series to represent groovy, funky, and rough sounds to show a more creative and experimental approach to dance music and @Play4n4.

Keith&Kevin return to Dead Channel with their debut EP: The Body Lies. Scouring the depths of distant worlds and roaming through long abandoned industrial landscapes, they bring us five alien tracks of overdriven, weirdo electro, mechanized broken-beat acid, and occultist electronics in an ode to ghosts of buried memories. Bleak and dystopian, these transmissions point towards a cold vision of blurred perceptions, false realities, and lost identities.

Releases on limited cassette and digital on October 14, 2021.
