02. Faders & Vertical Mode - Optical Illusion

Nascido em MG, por trás do projeto Roosta, Lucas Soares teve seu primeiro contato com a música eletrônica em 2008 e logo depois de sentir o verdadeiro amor pela música deu início com seu primeiro projeto @lowaresbass em 2016, um projeto de LOWBPM, com um bass bem marcante com o objetivo de envolver a pista por onde tocava. 

Sempre frequentando raves locais, sentiu o verdadeiro amor pelo HighBPM e conectou e se encontrou muito no progressivo e no fullon groove. 

Hoje com o projeto Roosta além de prometer sacudir a poeira com Sets marcantes por onde tocar, também não deixará de levar aquela energia positiva e contagiante para aqueles que pegarem sua pista e sentirem seu som.

Estamos apenas decolando com este grande projeto!

Gabriel Barbosa, 24 years old, from Imperatriz-MA, had his first contact with music at the age of 13, with drum and percussion lessons. In 2020 he discovered the electronic scene, attending underground raves and PVT's, but it was only in 2024 that he dedicated himself to DJing with his mentor DJ João Ricardo, a pioneer in the underground scene of São Luis-MA, Over Black is a project dedicated to Fullon Groove.

The Faders project was established in 2006 by Israel based psytrance producer Or Kopel. He started off playing at local underground parties but his unique style and atmospheric sets soon took him around the globe. After his first big gig in Mexico in 2007, he soon started touring all over the world and has played at major events like Ozora Festival, Hilltop, Antaris Festival, Psy-Fi, Indian Spirit, VuuV, Unity Festival, TribalTech, Groove Attack, Shankra Festival, Psychedelic Cirus and many others.

The first Faders album, called 'Feelings', was released in 2010 and the production flow has been non-stop ever since – unique, psychedelic atmospheres, hypnotic moments, and a high tech approach with dominant bass lines have been the foundation of the sophisticated melodies and stable grooves that make up the Faders sound. 

Apart from producing his own tracks, Or has also done various collaborations and remixes with artists like Astrix, Killerwatts, Astral projection, Alpha Portal, Avalon, and Burn In Noise to name but a few. His pure psychedelic grooves have been a favored element of the scene, and his releases have gone out through several labels like Sacred Technology, Nano Records, Shamanic Tales, VII.
