أطاحتْ بي لأطوفَ في أنحاء البلدة المقفرة
و أقطعَ حول تلك الزاوية بالذات
حيثُ لاقاني وجهاً لوجه
قبلَ هبوط الليل:
صديقي
القَصّاصُ هوَ بعينهِ
لكنّ شيئاً أفرغَ عينيه من الضياء
صديقي القديمُ الفَكِهُ
هوَ بذاتهِ
لكنّ شيئاً قَلَبَ قَسَماتِهِ

الحواجبُ بيضاء
