Some gave up the search calling it legend
Some grew to fear the sound
Until a mighty man, lost in deep sleep was awakened
His heart was unbound

Many years is not enough time
You were calling, I couldn't see
I was lost in a dark reverie.'

He searched known realms, but when the song faded
Turned to a foreign place
Arriving where many roads meet, he saw a lovely face
She did not know he watched her there
As love overcame him, sweet
For the melody long sought for sprang from her dancing feet
