SeaStar rocks like a gale and woos like a summer wind. For the last 15 years this band has been generating original Celtic, Folk, Maritime, and Americana music with a Pacific Northwest spin. Deeply rooted in the stories of the West Coast and the Celtic worlds, every note has the essence of the fisherfolk, the selkies, the mountains, the tides, and the blackberry breeze.

I play Scottish, Irish, and Cape Breton music on the harp, sing Scottish Gaelic songs, and teach both the Scottish Gaelic language and song repertoire.

Wynne C Blue has been making music with The Troublefakers since 2005.  She is a geek who likes comic books, the internet, and video games.  Someday she hopes to hear her songs performed live on late night talk shows by cute young things who mention her name and invite her to dinner once in a while.

The Troublefakers are:  Donnie Ivan (drums, vox), Jeff Colchamiro (bass), and Irene Peña (guitar, vox).  They are hoopy froods.

For the past twenty years, Wes Weddell has worked multiple shifts in the engine room of Seattle’s roots music scene, keeping his hands in abundant projects as frontman, sideman, writer, instructor, and community-builder.
