Enter The Dub Club

Drifting along the rings, Cassini observes a special sight: three of Saturn's moons juxtaposed with a side view of the rings themselves. Tethys (below) and Mimas (above) can be seen on opposite sides of the rings, while Janus almost appears to be submerged in the rings. Take a moment to admire this unusual perspective of Saturn, while listening to this selection of soothing ambient music. Enjoy!

The outermost of Saturn's primary rings is the A ring, bordered by the Cassini Division on one side and the moon Atlas on the other. One of the most prominent features of the A ring is the Encke gap, caused by the orbit of the moon Pan.

In the early nineties, a new genre of music emerged in the dance scene: trance. Characterized by epic hypnotizing melodies, soothing vocals and dreamy soundscapes, it quickly took the clubs by storm. In this edition of Turbulent, I pay homage to some of the greatest trance classics. For the second half, my friend Remnis recorded a beautiful guestmix with some lesser known gems.
