PERMISSIONS (You May):
• Reupload the music to other platforms as long as proper credit is provided. This includes mirrored uploads, playlists, archives, or reposts, as long as it’s clear you aren’t the creator and you link back to the source.
• Use the music in rhythm or music-based game charts, levels, patterns, or custom content. This applies to mobile games, PC games, Roblox rhythm maps, game mods, and similar formats.
• Use the music as background audio in videos, streams, animations, edits, highlight reels, art showcases, or other visual media. Credit must be visible somewhere reasonable, such as in-description.
• Create derivative edits such as slowed, sped-up, reverb versions, nightcore, mashups, remixes, or reorganized arrangements. These are allowed as long as you credit the original track and don’t present the altered version as a fully new, independent work.
• Use the music in non-commercial game prototypes, personal projects, school projects, fan content, and similar non-profit creations.
• Make reviews, reactions, breakdowns, commentary, analysis, tutorials, or critique videos involving the track.
• Use the music for other non-commercial purposes not listed here, as long as credit is included and you’re not misleading people about authorship.

RESTRICTIONS (You May Not):
• Use the music without clearly crediting me. Hiding credit in metadata, burying it, or leaving it out entirely isn’t allowed.
• Monetize the track in any form without explicit permission. That includes ads, paid downloads, paid streams, album placements, game soundtracks, NFTs, or any situation where you directly or indirectly earn money using the music.
• Claim the track as your own, whether manually or through automated systems like Content ID, algorithmic fingerprinting, metadata editing, or re-upload tools.
• Reupload the track with titles or descriptions that imply ownership, authorship, or original creation.
• Sell, redistribute, or commercially release the music on any platform, store, streaming service, or bundle.
• Include the music in commercial games, commercial animation, monetized series, or any project where the creator earns revenue, unless you’ve obtained permission beforehand.
• Use the music in hateful, defamatory, extremist, or otherwise malicious contexts where the content could be associated with me in ways I didn’t consent to. This protects you and your reputation.

CREDIT REQUIREMENTS:
Proper credit means you visibly list my name, link to my main page or social profiles, and link the original track whenever possible. The credit should be easy to find, not hidden, not optional, and not phrased in a way that muddies authorship.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
This list covers the most common cases, but people invent new situations constantly. If you want to use the music in a way that involves money, distribution, major visibility, or anything that isn’t obviously non-commercial, ask first. It prevents drama and keeps everything straightforward.
