The natural mind follows the law of sin and death - and  that means guilt over so many things, and the fear: "you'll pay for it." The mind of faith in Christ is freed from that law and lives under the principle of life in Christ in which there is no condemnation. Yes, we fail and do wrong, but we grow and all the time we are not under condemnation, so we have the courage to "bounce back" by the help of Jesus' Spirit.
